Executive Leadership
As President and Executive Vice President of GlutenFree Passport®,
Kim Koeller and Robert La France are co-authors of the award-winning
book series, Let’s Eat Out! Your Passport to Living Gluten
and Allergy Free. Collectively, they have traveled over
2 million miles across the globe, dined in 30-plus countries on four
continents and have conversational skills in 5 languages.
Prior
to establishing GlutenFree Passport®, Kim was a partner with
Accenture, the world’s leading management consulting firm.
During her 20-plus years of international consulting, she ate 80%
of her meals in restaurants around the world while managing over
a dozen food related allergies and, as of 2002, celiac / coeliac
disease. Kim earned her Masters in International Management from
Thunderbird and her Bachelors of Arts degree in the French language
from Purdue University.
With
a passion for the culinary arts, Robert has spent over 12 years
across all aspects of restaurant operations and has worked extensively
with Asian, European and North American cuisines. His experience
has ranged from small single restaurants to large publicly traded
companies with 100-plus locations, responsible for training hundreds
of restaurant personnel. Robert graduated Cum Laude from Arizona
State University with a Bachelors of Music degree in Vocal Performance
under a full talent-based scholarship. |
